Kinderling Studios Cancellation Policy

• Kinderling will email the contact on the studio booking 48 hours before to re-confirm the booking.​
• If the booking is cancelled at this stage, up to 25 hours before, there will be no charge to the client.​
• If the booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the session commencement, Kinderling will charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking value. ​
• Kinderling will issue an invoice for this amount.​
